Weddings

Booking fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the wedding date. No date is reserved until the booking fee is received.

Balance due

The remaining balance is due no later than a week before the wedding. The photographer is not obligated to perform services unless full payment is received.

Additional fees

Extra services or products not included in the initial package — additional hours, reprints, or albums — must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Cancellation

If the clients cancel, the booking fee is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within a month of the wedding date, the full balance is due.

Rescheduling

The clients may reschedule with at least three months’ notice, subject to the photographer’s availability.

Photographer cancellations

If the photographer cannot perform due to illness, emergency, or uncontrollable circumstances, all reasonable efforts will be made. Liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

Consultation and schedule

A pre-wedding consultation will be scheduled to discuss requirements, key moments, and timeline — in person, by phone, or email. Both parties agree to adhere to the agreed schedule. Delays or changes may affect the photographs made on the day.
